Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Books with obvious signs of use

CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl discs that have been opened.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain period of time.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send your item to : {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item has been returned, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver ordered the shipment to be given to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should send your product to our address.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
